smoothest and best car purchase experience I've ever had. Angel prioritized what I wanted, patiently took me through several models and options until I was really confident in buying the car. The finance dept. also completely changed my view as it was no pressure and seamless, and they were able to match the great rate I came in with from my bank. The car was cleaned, all paperwork, registration, and insurance setup and ready to drive off lot very quickly on the same day.

No pressure, knowledgeable staff Welcoming environment. Staff was also responsive to changing needs (like changing the down payment amount, and changing from no trade-in to yes trade-in)
They have excellent service. The salesmen are not pushy yet still very helpful. They took there time helping me find the car I wanted at the apr I wanted to pay as well giving me a good deal on my trade in value. My salesman Jamal and the financee Dylan were both great to work with and very informative the branch manager who's name escapes was also great at making sure I got the deal I was looking for. I love my new Camry and definitely will be returning here for my future car needs.

It was good the only thing I would change is n appointment taking 1.5 hours for an oil change if it could be 30 to 45 minutes would be great

They got me in a timely fashion. They ordered the parts to fix the two problems that my vehicle is having. I just bought the vehicle last week and the cruise control was not working and the blower for the back heat was not working. The only complaint I had was they said they were going to text me when the car was ready and they did not. They did leave me a message, but I didn’t get that until much later.

Oil change took a little more than 2 hours. This was a little frustrating. Also, I had to reset my dashboard displays and my HUD. It was an oil change not a software update.
When I bought my vehicle it took a month and a half to get the vehicle because they had trouble getting the title. Brought in my Corolla because there was a recall and the wrong part was ordered and had to reschedule. The battery for the key fob of the car I had JUST bought only a couple months prior lost power and when we took it in to get the battery changed they charged us $8. When I took in my Corolla my wife overheard one of the workers in the parts department make fun of my car

It took a while waiting for the process to be completed while getting a car. We did have to leave and come back later on in the day so that wasn’t great but that is the same for most dealerships. With that being said everyone we worked with was great, friendly and knowledgeable!
I had to get warranty work done. Mathew was very responsive and accommodating. He saw all the work was completed to factory specs and setup a loaner car.

Previously, I had great experiences at this service department with this service representative. My recent experience was awful. I had an appointment for an inspection and oil change. She recommended an alignment. We spent over 5 hours in the shop waiting. We were told "twenty more minutes" several times by Judy. We paid for our service, only to be told an hour later it could not be done because it was broken and had to return next week.
