Lauren is not at fault for the poor experience. She did her best for damage control. A job that should have taken about two hours took 3.25 hours. Also, I did not receive the video update I had become accustomed to.

I had a good experience. The process was seamless. My current experience was much better than I had in the past. The only problem was my SUV's front glass and hood were not clean. They had fluid on them. I had to drive it through the car wash after.
The service tech never replaced the cap on my radiator when I had coolant services this month. This caused the car to overheat, the engine light to come on, and coolant was spewed under the hood and all over my engine! It had to be towed back to DCH for service. I personally met with the service manager Robert because the carelessness of his service techs could have resulted in my 2021 Highlander engine blowing. Lack of technical knowledge. My hood would not lift due to a damaged latch. Body shop and regular repair shop both knew how to do it eith no worries. Body shop told me to save my money because its so simple. And they were not Toyota specialists. I just needed an oil change.

smoothest and best car purchase experience I've ever had. Angel prioritized what I wanted, patiently took me through several models and options until I was really confident in buying the car. The finance dept. also completely changed my view as it was no pressure and seamless, and they were able to match the great rate I came in with from my bank. The car was cleaned, all paperwork, registration, and insurance setup and ready to drive off lot very quickly on the same day.

No pressure, knowledgeable staff Welcoming environment. Staff was also responsive to changing needs (like changing the down payment amount, and changing from no trade-in to yes trade-in)
They have excellent service. The salesmen are not pushy yet still very helpful. They took there time helping me find the car I wanted at the apr I wanted to pay as well giving me a good deal on my trade in value. My salesman Jamal and the financee Dylan were both great to work with and very informative the branch manager who's name escapes was also great at making sure I got the deal I was looking for. I love my new Camry and definitely will be returning here for my future car needs.

It was good the only thing I would change is n appointment taking 1.5 hours for an oil change if it could be 30 to 45 minutes would be great
